Welcome to part 03! This is the second rectangle of the blanket, but unlike last fortnight where you only had to make two, this time it’s four rectangles.
This rectangle uses two-strand cables in a more open cable stitch. It has a longer pattern repeat than you’ve used before, but the techniques are all the same as the ones you’ve already used.
You’ll be using colour C, if you’re using the official colour packs – that’s Brose (Highland Heathers) for Moorland Meander, Cairn (Highland Heathers) for Highland Hike, and Stone (Special DK) for Woodland Wander.
The pattern is available now on Ravelry. To remind you, it’s available in US terms only, but with plenty of pictures and a stitch diagram to help you out.
